A
fter twenty years together in Paris, where we met during an Erasmus program at the Sorbonne, Cécile and I returned to Italy, a country we consider one of the most beautiful in the world.

Cécile comes from a family of French diplomats who, from Normandy, through China and Japan, returned to the South of France. Cécile works in the field of Theater and New Circus, while I work in international cooperation in the Mediterranean within the framework of the United Nations.
I
‘m a biologist-nutritionist, from an ancient family of sailors and salt traders from the “Regie Saline di Puglia,” and I worked on the Mediterranean Program of UNESCO in Paris, securing the 2010 inscription of the Mediterranean Diet on the lists of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

o we will welcome you here in Turin, World Capital of Taste, in our rooms, combined with my studio and our Italian-French Association for Food Education Mediterran: our lifestyle. Founded by Cécile and me, along with a group of friends, in 2015, our greatest passion is what we will pass on to you: our deep love for the Mediterranean, also through our International Mediterranean Cuisine Festival.
